La Merisière

A charming gîte in Normandy

ABOUT

Welcome to our holiday home La Merisière. Located in the Normandy country of the Orne, the land of cider and Camembert.

We are Rick and Andrea. After relocating to France in 2020 from Herefordshire, England, we converted an old barn into this delightful retreat. With many years of experience in hospitality, our fully renovated home blends modern comforts with rustic charm, offering the perfect escape for your holiday. Nestled in serene surroundings, we’re delighted that our children, Anne and her husband Daan, live next door on the property, adding to the warmth of our family-friendly atmosphere. Explore the breathtaking landscapes and rich history of Normandy while enjoying the comfort of our little slice of paradise. We can’t wait to host you!
